Porsche 956
Group C Prototype

Porsche 956 For Sale

1982–1984

The Porsche 956 was Porsche's first Group C prototype and its first car with an aluminium monocoque and ground-effect aerodynamics, powered by the turbocharged flat-six developed in the 936. It dominated endurance racing on debut, sweeping the podium at Le Mans in 1982 and going on to win the race outright four years running. Genuine 956 chassis are prized collector cars that seldom come to market.
